Our online fee is $575.00* (plus all normal disbursements and taxes) for residential transactions of $250,000.00 or less. We give a written estimate of all fees and disbursements upfront. There are no surprises when it comes to fees and disbursements.

We take a practical problem solving approach while always looking out for our client's best interests. We do not represent both sides in a transaction.
